Free Ground Shipping For Merchandise Purchases Over $75 within the Continental U.S. No Sales Tax on packages shipped to destinations outside of California. Orders under $75.00 shipping ground will incur an $8.00 shipping/handling fee. Shipping quotes for Hawaii and Alaska,PO Boxes, APO and FPO, will be sent via email to you if additional postage is required. We use UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for the majority of our shipping. Certain items may require other methods of transport. All INTERNET orders are shipped fully insured. 1. UPS or FEDEX does not deliver to PO BOX addresses. We must use the US post office to ship to these addresses. 2. All PO BOX addresses must be sent via USPS. Additional shipping charges may apply using USPS depending on the value and package size. 3. Shipments to APO,FPO addresses are also shipped via the US Postal Services and your shipping cost will be quoted via email prior to processing for your approval should the package require additional shipping due to package size or value. 4. International shipping costs are quoted via email for approval prior to processing your order. 5. All items are carefully boxed with quality cushion material. If your package is received damaged, save the boxes and packaging for inspection by the shipper. Please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim. You will have the option of obtaining a refund or having us re-ship the item to you. Items returned without the authorization number written on the outside of the package can not be accepted. It is important that you have this authorization number written legibly on the outside of the box. UPS OR FEDEX does not include the weekends or holidays as regular business days when computing delivery times. IMPORTANT : Free standard ground UPS shipping on most orders $75 or more, shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.Some exceptions do apply. *The majority of our website items fall into this free shipping category with just a few exceptions, such as large or heavy fountains, furniture pieces, some sculptures and statues etc. may require special handling fee or additional shipping costs. Return of Damaged Items--- In the event an item was received damaged please read below information: 1. It is important for you to contact us immediately.Please reference your order number when you email us. 2. We will contact the shipper to have them come inspect the package so please keep all packaging materials for their inspection. Depending on the outcome, they may pick up the item or have us issue a return label to have it returned to us. 3. Upon notification from the shipper, we will either send a prepaid return label to you or instruct you otherwise on how to proceed. 4. f the item is being returned to us, we will issue you a credit upon receipt of the merchandise in its original packing. OR send you a replacement depending on what you decide you would like us to do. 5. Shipping of the replacement item will be via the same method as the original order unless arrangements are made otherwise.
