We recommend ground shipping to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
1. For UPS or Federal Express Delivery, we will need the actual physical
address as UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Tracking information will be provided by UPS or FEDEX thru an email from
them, once we have entered your package into their system, provided we the
correct current email address on the order form.
2. All PO BOX addresses must be sent via USPS.
3. Shipments to APO addresses are shipped via US Mail and your shipping cost
will be quoted via email prior to processing for your approval.
4. International shipping costs are quoted via email for your approval prior
to processing your order.
5. Some items require special shipping and if your order falls into this
category you will be notified via email or phone to authorize any additional
shipping cost associated with your order prior to us processing your
order.Some items, but not limited to would be some fountains, large
sculptures and furniture items. Due to the sizes and weights of some
products, crating and shipping costs, where applicable, must be calculated
according to destinations and what type of carrier is being used. Products
include but are not limited to: furniture items, large sculptures, floor
fountains, water walls and large quantities. If you have any questions about

Express Shipping such as 3 day, 2nd day, or next day shipping information: *Please note that most "Express"(as noted above) shipments rates are calculated on dimensional weight by the shipping carrier. Dimensional weight is a standard formula used throughout the air-freight industry that considers the amount of space a package will take up on an aircraft in relation to the actual weight of the package when calculating the shipping cost. It is quite difficult to know the dimensional weight of all the items so we have estimated the express shipping charges on the order form. If the shipping costs differ from the amount provided on the order form, we will contact you to get authorization to process your order with the correct charges or we reserve the right to cancel the order if necessary.

do not allow us ample time to make all updates immediately.

Some items may not be available for express delivery and may need to be special ordered such as, but not limited to, many of the waterwalls, waterfall, water window fountains.
NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AND 3 DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION: UPS, Airborne and Federal Express do not count week end days in their delivery times. Therefore, a package mailed on a Thursday scheduled for 2nd day delivery will actually be delivered on Monday. Thursday is considered day 0, Friday is counted as day #1 and Monday is counted as day #2.
NOTE:If an item is not in stock, you will be sent an email to inform of this. At this time of year some items sell out before we can replace them in our inventory.

International Shipping is authorized on an individual order basis depending on the items ordered and the destination as we are unable to ship some items to international destinations due to size limitations, insurance or inability to get address verification of international order credit card information.
We are usually able to get verification of United State addresses thru our system but in the event we can not, we are requesting address verification for non international shipments also, before processing these orders. We do apologize that these measures are now necessary. We will email you the shipping charges after recieving your order to get your approval before processing the shipment. The shipping charge we quote you DOES NOT include any duties, taxes or customs charges. Please contact your local customs office regarding these charges.
