Important Information regarding your shipment.
The majority of our items are shipped directly from the gallery.
In some instances, however, items will ship directly from the supplier.
It is very important that you open your package upon receipt and examine all items. If any item appears damaged or needs returned for any reason, please contact us immediately at 1-831-655-3905.All packaging materials must be saved. This includes the outside box and any inside packing materials and individual item packing. If the item was received damaged, we must contact the shipper immediately to file an insurance claim and have the shipper return the item.
If you need to return the item for any reason other than damage, we will issue a return authorization number and instruct you on how to
return the item to us. Some special order items, such as special order fountains,
may require a restocking fee. Fees vary depending on the vendor. You will be advised of any restocking fee if the item or items you are ordering may be subject to this fee.
