Contact information from the order form is used to send an order confirmation, send out orders or reply to our customer requests. 1. If it is necessary to have an item shipped directly from the distributor,
we will provide the shipping information and possibly the phone number to them so they can ship the item to you. Many of the larger items such as, but not limited to fountains, large bronze sculptures, custom orders, etc are shipped directly from suppliers. Phone numbers may be required so that the shipper can contact customer for delivery for certain special items.

2. If an item is currently out of stock and our supplier is able to
ship it to you directly to speed up delivery, we will then provide them with
your shipping information. Phone numbers may also be provided so that
the shipper can contact customer for delivery.

IMPORTANT: By submitting your order, you agree that if we need to supply your information to vendors so they can ship items to you, you authorize us to provide this information to them for this purpose.

***If you DO NOT want this information given to them, please note this in the
comment section. In some cases, however, we may not be able to fill your
order as items such as large fountains are shipped directly to the
customer.

3. SUSPECTED FRAUD or unauthorized credit card use. If we call the credit card issuing bank and are informed that the credit card number has been reported lost, stolen or flagged for fraud, or we are informed that the name and addresses do not match that of the authorized card holder, all information in the order form submitted will be provided to the credit card issuing bank in an attempt to prevent further unauthorized charges on the card. This information to include, but not limited to, email address, phone number, addresses, items purchased or special requests. We must make every attempt to stop fraud.
