Important Order Information
Important Information regarding orders.
Product Availability: Although we maintain a large inventory there may be cases in which an item is not currently in stock. We cannot guarantee availability of all items all the time due to the unpredictability of customer orders and occasional unexpected delays of vendor shipments. If an ordered item is unavailable you will be notified via email as soon as possible. At times, we may be awaiting shipments to replenish our inventory and instead of removing items that will be back in stock shortly, we have left them on the site for your viewing pleasure. Please make sure you have provided us with your CORRECT email address as we will send you email if an item is currently not in stock. We will await your reply to this email to let us know if you wish for us to proceed.
Shipping from Vendor:The majority of our fountains and large sculptures ship from the supplier to expedite delivery times.
Special Order items: Some items, such as some large fountains, light columns etc are made to order and are only available with Ground Shipping and may require time to create. We will inform you of this time frame to get authorization to proceed, prior to processing your order.
Damage: It is very important that you open your package upon receipt and examine all items for any damage and set up and run your fountain to make sure it is working properly. If any item appears damaged or needs returned for any reason, please send email to daryl@stohans.com and we will instruct you on how to go about returning the item. All packaging materials must be saved. This includes the outside box and any inside packing materials and individual item packing.If the item was received damaged, we must contact the shipper immediately to file an insurance claim and have the shipper return the item. If you need to return the item for any reason other than damage, we will issue a return authorization number and instruct you on how to return the item to us. Restocking fees for return of certain items may apply.
